Best switch I’ve made for my health

I was done with chemical-coated pans and moved to cast iron. This Human Hydro tawa is built like a tank and gives a real sense of traditional cooking. There’s a learning curve, but it’s absolutely worth it. I love that it comes with a wooden spatula too — very thoughtful.
