Worth the Investment

This is my first cast iron pan, and I must say, I’m very impressed. The food cooks evenly and develops a great flavor. It does require a bit of maintenance, but the results are worth it. I also appreciate that it’s naturally non-stick. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for authentic South Indian cooking.

Great but a little heavy

This is an excellent pan for making Paniyaram. The heat distribution is even, and the non-stick feature works great after seasoning. I find it a bit heavy to handle but it's worth it for the quality. The spatula is very useful too.

Great for Small Meals

The pan works well for making small batches of Paniyaram. The quality is excellent, and it cooks evenly. It’s just a little too big for my family, so I tend to make fewer Paniyarams at a time. However, I love the taste and texture, and the pan’s build is fantastic.
